90 Listings in 90 Days - Week 2 Learnings

Congratulations to those of you who have joined us in this challenge to take 90 listings in 90 days. The lead generation activities have ramped up and we are building a pipeline to help us in the next 90 days and beyond. We are hearing many stories of appointments being set and listings be taken, so don't miss out on your chance to capture some of this activity. We have shared some of the key learnings from this week below.


#1 - Set your schedule to allow you to have the time you need each day to make your contacts and do your follow up. Consistently blocking time each day will establish the Lead Generation habit that will lead to success.


#2 - Don't get discouraged early in the process. Focus on completing the actions and let the results happen. You can't control the results, but you can control and manage the actions you take towards those results.


#3 - Play the long game. Not everybody you speak with will be ready to buy or sell soon. However, they may have other needs that you can be a resource for along the way. When you care about the person and not just the transaction, you unlock more business in the future.
